Luminescent markings in the city of Dijon to make night travel safer
http://blog-viaprestige-holidays.com/?bolnica=site-de-rencontre-payant-pour-les-hommes&83b=9d LuminoKrom photoluminescent paint is used to secure the mobility of cyclists and pedestrians at night. The city of Dijon has chosen this way of marking much more respectful of the environment than a public lighting installation. The Proximark teams of the Helios Group have developed the cycle path along the canal (rue de l’Éluse) with LuminoKrom paint on 1000ml of continuous shoreline strip, completed with 40 bicycle logos and 40 directional arrows.
The LuminoKrom® marking uses renewable energy from the sun. The paint captures light during the day and illuminates at night without consuming any electricity or emitting CO2. Its installation on infrastructure is quick and easy. As soon as night falls, the marking turns into a light guide to guide users through the night.
