During the summer of 2024, the Communauté de communes du pays de L'Arbresle, in collaboration with Eiffage Route Savigny, undertook a project to secure a 750-meter-long cycle path.

Located at the exit of L'Arbresle in the direction of Saint-Bel, this infrastructure now benefits from illuminated roadside markings thanks to our LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint.

This marking guarantees continuous night-time visibility, enhancing the safety of cyclists and other road users, even in the absence of street lighting.

An eco-responsible solution for bicycle paths

In opting for LuminoKrom® , the Communauté de communes has chosen a sustainable, environmentally-friendly technology. Our paint captures light during the day and releases it for 10 hours in the dark, without the need for electricity. This innovative solution improves user safety while helping to reduce the ecological footprint of cycling infrastructures.
