The community of communes of Haguenau strengthens its environmental policy and the eco-sustainability of its cycle paths with this first LuminoKrom\u00ae luminescent marking<\/p>\n

In this period of deconfinement, when all communities are considering making temporary cycle paths permanent, LuminoKrom\u00ae marking paint continues to be deployed and is attracting more and more communities.<\/p>\n

This project is a new illustration of Luminokrom\u00ae's contribution to making night-time journeys safer around dangerous areas. Luminescent marking has been applied in the community of communes of Haguenau to reinforce the vigilance of cyclists around a dangerous bend without any public lighting.<\/p>\n

LuminoKrom\u00ae is a \"Made in France\" innovation developed by the company OliKrom and supported by ADEME as part of the I-Street \"Route du Futur\" program. LuminoKrom\u00ae luminescent paint<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0contributes to the emergence of tomorrow\u2019s infrastructures which must\u00a0be safer<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0more economical<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0more eco-responsible<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

This new marking exploits the natural phenomenon of photoluminescence. It has the ability to charge during the day and light up at night. The marking thus becomes visible day and night without any consumption of electricity or CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n

Easy application for metropolitan areas<\/h2>\n

This photoluminescent marking is easily applied like a road paint with an airless machine. The service life is estimated at more than 3 years. We already have projects carried out for more than 2 years. technical checks are carried out every month on a control track, laid 30 months ago. All of these analyzes validate the robustness of LuminoKrom\u00ae with excellent aging and maintenance of properties over time (adhesion, colorimetry, luminescence, etc.). The use of LuminoKrom\u00ae has been tested and validated by numerous applicators, such as the teams of the Eiffage Group, AER, Proximark, H\u00e9lios Atlantique, Moliner Sud Signalisation, La Signalisation Routi\u00e8re, Alinea Signalisation, Aximum, etc.<\/p>\n
