Intelligent pigments for safety, the environment and industry<\/h2>\n

OliKrom\u00ae, a deeptech company founded by Jean-Fran\u00e7ois L\u00e9tard, designs intelligent paints and materials capable of changing color according to the environment. Its LuminoKrom\u00ae photoluminescent paint, used to make bicycle and pedestrian paths safer without public lighting, captures light during the day and restores it in the dark for up to ten hours, visible at a distance of over 80 meters. It is now deployed in over 80 local authorities, enabling them to significantly reduce their energy consumption while guaranteeing greater safety at night.<\/p>\n

A breakthrough technology from French research<\/h2>\n

LuminoKrom\u00ae paint has been designed to withstand outdoor conditions (frost, abrasion, rain) and provides a simple, durable alternative to conventional lighting. Compared to the installation of light masts, its ecological footprint is very low: 1 km of street lighting is equivalent to 184 km of photoluminescent markings. In addition to road applications, OliKrom\u00ae also develops pigments reactive to heat, pressure, gas or humidity, used in sectors as varied as aeronautics, energy, health and construction. Its portfolio of patents, industrial capacity and ethical commitment make it a major player in intelligent chemistry in France and abroad.<\/p>\n
