Blacktown, a dynamic city on the outskirts of Sydney, is renowned for being a place where pedestrians and cyclists play an important role in urban mobility. The pedestrian and cycle routes, which are often used both day and night, needed to be improved in terms of night-time safety.<\/p>\n
