Effective beaconing to reduce risks in industrial zones

In September 2022, CEMEX BÉTONS SUD EST installed LuminoKrom® photoluminescent markings to improve employee mobility on its industrial site at Europarc de Pichaury, building C8, in Aix-en-Provence.

Applied on a contract basis, this marking consists of continuous strips framing two pedestrian crossings, guaranteeing enhanced visibility at night and reducing the risk of collisions with vehicles in circulation on the site.

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and restores it up to 10 hours after dark, ensuring effective signage without energy consumption. This installation is in line with CEMEX BÉTONS SUD EST's desire to optimize the safety of travel on its site, while adopting an eco-responsible and sustainable solution for its industrial infrastructures.
