In January 2024, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole chose LuminoKrom® to make the cycle path between Le Soler and Perpignan safer. Located between the Cerdagne traffic circle and the Europe traffic circle, this cycle path now benefits from photoluminescent markings applied by Signaux Girod (66).

Thanks to its ability to give off light for 10 hours at night, this marking ensures optimum visibility for cyclists, even in the absence of street lighting.

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it at night, guaranteeing efficient signage without energy consumption. This development is in line with Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole's policy of developing soft mobility while ensuring enhanced safety for users.
