Illuminated markings to guide passengers in complete safety

Efficient signage for station journeys

In June 2022, SNCF enhanced passenger safety at Bruz station (35) by applying LuminoKrom® photoluminescent markings on :

  • Platform edges, to improve the perception of safety zones.
  • Staircases under footbridges, making it easier for users to move around, even in poor lighting conditions.

Applied by SMAP, this marking helps travelers better understand their surroundings, reducing the risk of falling or misdirecting.
