In May 2023, the Commune of Puilboreau and Lagord (17) secured a cycle path on a shared lane, guaranteeing better cohabitation between cyclists and motorists.

Applied by Signalisation 17, LuminoKrom® photoluminescent marking enables users to find their way more easily, particularly in low-light conditions, thus reducing the risk of user conflicts and accidents.

A sustainable solution for safe, gentle mobility

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it up to 10 hours after dark, guaranteeing energy-free signage. This project is fully in line with the determination of the Communes of Puilboreau and Lagord to develop safe, environmentally-friendly cycling infrastructures, while encouraging the use of bicycles for everyday journeys.
