In December 2023, JKR Pontian chose LuminoKrom® to enhance safety on the J107 national road (Jalan Parit Panjang). Produced by AHN VERTEX, this double photoluminescent road marking enables road users to better locate their trajectory, particularly in low-light areas.

The markings ensure enhanced visibility, reducing the risk of collisions and lane departures.

A sustainable solution for road signs

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and restores it for 10 hours at night, providing high-performance signage without energy consumption. This project is part of JKR Pontian's drive to modernize its road infrastructure with innovative, sustainable and safe solutions.
