LuminoKrom® makes Jalan Bukit Rimau safe at night

Light markings to guide drivers on the road in Klang

An efficient layout for safer night-time traffic

In August 2024, AHN Vertex applied LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint to the kerb lines and median of the Jalan Bukit Rimau road in Klang, in the state of Selangor, Malaysia.

This installation is designed to enhance the visibility of road markings, particularly useful in poorly lit or unlit areas, in order to improve traffic safety.

Autonomous, high-performance, energy-free signage

LuminoKrom® operates without electricity: it stores light during the day and releases it for up to 10 hours in the dark, ensuring clear, durable signage. This project is in line with AHN Vertex's strategy of integrating innovative, eco-responsible solutions to improve road safety in urban environments.
