Illuminated markings to guide cyclists in complete safety

Reinforced signage on a strategic route

During the summer of 2023, EPI 78-92 - Département des Yvelines has chosen LuminoKrom® to improve safety for cyclists on the path along the D113, between the Ibis in Mantes-la-Jolie and Chemin des Marceaux. Applied by AB Marquage, this photoluminescent marking optimizes the visibility of the cycle path, enabling users to travel in complete safety, particularly in poorly lit areas.

A sustainable alternative for cycling infrastructure

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and restores it for 10 hours at night, guaranteeing efficient signage without energy consumption. This development is fully in line with the Yvelines department's commitment to developing safe, environmentally-friendly infrastructures, thus promoting sustainable mobility.
