Reinforced signage to reduce the risk of accidents

In December 2023, JKR Hulu Langat installed a continuous double axial marking on the B116 national road at Jln Sungai Tekali (P3) using LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint.

Applied by AHN VERTEX, this marking enables motorists to better anticipate their trajectory, particularly in poorly lit areas or during adverse weather conditions.

A sustainable alternative for road safety

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it for 10 hours at night, ensuring efficient signage without energy consumption. This installation illustrates JKR Hulu Langat's commitment to safer, more environmentally-friendly roads, using innovative, sustainable technology to improve the night-time visibility of road infrastructure.
