Illuminated markings to accompany cyclists at night

A safe route to encourage soft mobility

During the summer of 2022, the Communauté de Communes du Kochersberg enhanced the safety of the cycle path along the D220 by integrating LuminoKrom® photoluminescent markings.

Applied by Signature, this marking provides enhanced visibility of the route, enabling cyclists to travel in complete safety, particularly in poor daylight conditions.

A sustainable and ecological solution for night-time signage

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it for 10 hours at night, ensuring continuous signage without energy consumption. This project illustrates the Communauté de Communes du Kochersberg's commitment to promoting soft mobility and improving safe, eco-responsible infrastructures for cyclists.
