In November 2023, the Département de la Loire (42) chose LuminoKrom® to improve the safety of yield signs on the greenway between Roanne and Digoin. Applied by SIGNATURE (69), this photoluminescent marking enables cyclists to clearly identify priority zones, even in low light or in the absence of public lighting.

A sustainable solution to promote soft mobility

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it for 10 hours at night, guaranteeing effective signage without energy consumption. This development is in line with the Loire department's commitment to promoting safe, sustainable cycling infrastructure, and encouraging safe cycling.
